1. General Terms

By accessing or using the NARO Fragrance website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We may update or revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or policies. Your continued use of our website after any changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

2. Products & Pricing

NARO Fragrance is committed to offering 100% authentic fragrances. Product descriptions, fragrance notes, images, sizes, and availability are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information errors when necessary.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed or a Cash on Delivery (COD) order has been accepted by NARO Fragrance.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, and Nagad, subject to availability.

Customers may request to cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been handed over for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

4. Customer Accounts

If you create an account with NARO Fragrance, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict an account if we reasonably believe it has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the NARO Fragrance website including our name, logo, branding, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, and website design is owned by or used by NARO Fragrance with permission.

No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

NARO Fragrance takes reasonable care to ensure that our products and website information are accurate. However, we cannot be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NARO Fragrance’s total liability relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
