We deliver across Bangladesh. At this time, NARO Fragrance does not offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Times

Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are based on your delivery location and applicable courier rates. Standard delivery charges typically range from ৳60–৳150, depending on the destination.

Regular Orders: Standard location-based delivery charge applies.
Tester Orders: Standard location-based delivery charge applies.
Gift Box Orders: Free delivery on orders of ৳2,000 or more after discounts.
Bundle & Special Orders: Free delivery on orders of ৳2,000 or more after discounts.

5. Delivery Issues
